T454 was an existing private draft and was repaired through the authenticated NumberDB API. No values, parameter definitions or row ordering changed. No draft was created, published, reviewed or offered for review. The original build generator was not replaced; this repair attaches its independent checker, input snapshot, NIST reference extract, results and the reproducible prose transformation. All 476 entries were checked. The 440 nonexact values have 100 significant digits; independent Arb CDF evaluations at 768 bits certify that every true quantile lies in its stored last-place interval. The method integrates a power of cosine after a trigonometric substitution, using a finite recurrence, and uses no incomplete-beta, gamma or hypergeometric evaluation. Every evaluated CDF was finite with radius less than 2^-700. Five known-answer controls passed first. The 36 exact entries are the medians and the two Cauchy quartiles. The checker also confirmed 204 symmetry pairs, 170 negative quantiles at the five complementary probabilities, the omitted p=1/1000 level, and all 204 entries shared with NIST rounded to three decimal places. The fetched chi-squared table has the same 34 degree rows. The attached repair checker does not rerun the original numerical generator or measure its stated 493-bit precision and minimum 373-bit accuracy. It independently verifies the written intervals. After the API write, readback equality confirms the checked values are the values still stored. Removing parameter selection introduced an audit finding. It was restored with corrected prose, and the final audit is clean. The remaining digits and parameter-selection Unknown key warnings need a site renderer change; they are not repaired by this campaign. The complete draft page returns 404 to anonymous requests, so only read-only preview HTML was checked for the affected sections. Reproduce with SageMath and the numberdb package: download repair-20261016T061049Z-checks.py, repair-20261016T061049Z-before.json and repair-20261016T061049Z-nist.txt to one directory, then run `sage -python repair-20261016T061049Z-checks.py`. The repair prose generator reads the same before.json and creates T454-proposed.json plus the textual diff without accessing the API. In the campaign all Sage work used agents/sage.sh.
