# Proposed subject tag: random matrix theory

The live tag pages checked in this run do not contain this tag. Its scope
would be random-matrix spectral quantities, ensemble normalizations and
characteristic-polynomial statistics. Existing related tables were read:

* T379, Random-matrix factors in the moments of characteristic polynomials
  of unitary, orthogonal and symplectic matrices.
* T441, Values of the Tracy-Widom distribution functions.
* T451, Values of the Tracy-Widom densities.

The tag would also fit T563 and the remaining Selberg-type ensemble proposals
in family #225. T563 currently uses the existing tags integral, probability
theory and special values. No new tag was created and no published table
was edited. This proposal is for a person's taxonomy decision.
