# T604 audit disposition

The authenticated website audit reported one finding, the symbolic parameter
`convention` carries entries for `det` and `logdet`. The audit is therefore
`clean: false`; it is not reported as a clean audit in this handoff.

The definition explicitly identifies the determinant and its natural logarithm
as two conventions; the `conventions` comment states that these are one number
in two invertible conventions. They have exactly the same dimensions and
comparable representation lengths, and exp/log are the inexpensive inverse
conversions. Both finite formulas and every stored conversion were checked.
This is the explicit convention exception in the archived canonical skill,
not two different boundary conditions bundled together. The rationale also
appears in argument-selection.md. The rule is a structural prompt for review:
the inspected audit implementation emits the warning for symbolic selectors
without trying to judge prose exceptions. No split is warranted by the finding.
The separate critic must independently assess this exception.

There are no other findings. No source was changed to silence the audit.
