Definition
The Yablonskii–Vorobev polynomials $Q_n(x)$ are determined by $Q_0(x)=1$, $Q_1(x)=x$ and $Q_{n+1}(x)Q_{n-1}(x)=xQ_n(x)^2-4\bigl(Q_n(x)Q_n^{\prime\prime}(x)-(Q_n^{\prime}(x))^2\bigr)$ for $n\geq1$, with derivatives taken in the indeterminate $x$, [3].
Parameters
$n$
—   index ($n\geq0$)
Formulas
(1)
$\deg Q_n=n(n+1)/2$ for $n\geq0$ [1].
(2)
For $n\geq1$, let $w_n(x)=Q_{n-1}^{\prime}(x)/Q_{n-1}(x)-Q_n^{\prime}(x)/Q_n(x)$. Then $w_n^{\prime\prime}=2w_n^3+xw_n+n$ [2], Theorem 1.
(3)
For $m\geq0$, define $p_m(x)$ by $\sum_{m=0}^{\infty}p_m(x)t^m=\exp(xt-4t^3/3)$, and set $p_m(x)=0$ for $m<0$. For $n\geq1$, $Q_n(x)=\left(\prod_{k=1}^{n}(2k+1)^{n-k}\right)\det\left[p_{n-2i+j}(x)\right]_{i,j=0}^{n-1}$ [1], equations (1.3) and (1.4).
Comments
(4)
The polynomials are monic in $x$, with integer coefficients. The indeterminate $x$ has the scaling used in [3], equation (32.8.6), and [1], Section 1.
(5)
The logarithmic derivatives in (2) give the rational solutions of the second Painlevé equation at positive integer parameter $n$ [2], Theorem 1.

Values of the Hastings–McLeod solution of Painlevé II —   gives a nonrational solution of the same differential equation at parameter zero, selected by its Airy asymptotics
Data properties
Entries are of type: integral polynomial
Table is complete: no (it holds every index $0\leq n\leq12$ in this discrete family of polynomials for rational Painlevé II solutions; this initial reference segment includes every intervening index and stops at degree $78$, where the expanded entry has $1076$ characters, before $Q_{13}$ reaches $1358$ characters. The cutoff is a practical readability choice)
How they were obtained:

Computed in $\mathbb{Z}[x]$ by the defining differential recurrence, checking every division for a zero remainder. All 13 polynomials were independently reconstructed over $\mathbb{Q}[x]$ from the coefficient sum for $\exp(xt-4t^3/3)$ and the determinant in (3), using fraction-free elimination. Each coefficient is an exact integer.

The degree and leading coefficient were checked for every index; the rational Painlevé II identity was checked by clearing denominators for $1\leq n\leq12$. The defining initial values and all seven polynomials in [2], Table 1, were also compared coefficient by coefficient. The attached checks include known determinant controls and deliberate erroneous inputs. The same independent checks were repeated on the values read back from the database.
