Definition
The internal solid angle $\beta_{d,k}$ at one $k$-face of a regular $d$-simplex is the Gaussian measure of its tangent cone in the simplex's direction space [1].
Parameters
$d$
—   simplex dimension ($d\ge2$)
$k$
—   face dimension ($0\le k<d$)
Formulas
(1)
$\displaystyle \beta_{d,k}=g_{d-k}\!\left(-\frac1{d+1}\right)=\frac1{\sqrt{2\pi}}\int_0^\infty e^{-x^2/2}\left[\Phi\!\left(\frac{ix}{\sqrt{d+1}}\right)^{d-k}+\Phi\!\left(-\frac{ix}{\sqrt{d+1}}\right)^{d-k}\right]\,\mathrm dx.$ This is Proposition 1.2(b) and equation (1.19) of [1], with $i^2=-1$ and positive real square roots.
(2)
$\displaystyle \beta_{d,d-1}=\frac12,\qquad \beta_{2,0}=\frac16.$ A facet has a half-space as tangent cone; an equilateral triangle has interior angle $\pi/3$ at each vertex.
(3)
$\displaystyle \beta_{d,d-2}=\frac{\arccos(1/d)}{2\pi}=\frac14-\frac1{2\pi}\arcsin\!\left(\frac1d\right).$ The pointed tangent cone is a planar wedge. The inverse trigonometric functions take their real principal values.
(4)
$\displaystyle \beta_{d,d-3}=\frac18-\frac3{4\pi}\arcsin\!\left(\frac1d\right),\qquad d\ge3.$ This is the spherical-triangle case, equivalently Proposition 1.4(f) of [1].
(5)
$\displaystyle \beta_{d,k}=\frac12-\sum_{\substack{0\le j<m\\j\equiv m\pmod2}}\binom mj\beta_{k+j,k}\gamma_{d,k+j},\qquad m=d-k.$ Here $\gamma_{d,s}$ is the external solid angle at an $s$-face; for this identity set $\beta_{a,a}=1$ and $\beta_{a+1,a}=1/2$ for $a\ge0$. The relation follows from Proposition 1.3 and the conic Gauss–Bonnet identity in Remark 1.1 of [1].

Let $S_d=\operatorname{conv}(e_0,\ldots,e_d)\subset\mathbb R^{d+1}$, regarded in its own $d$-dimensional affine hull. The full sphere has angular measure $1$. Let $V=\{v\in\mathbb R^{d+1}:\sum_i v_i=0\}$. If $x$ lies in the relative interior of a face $F$, its tangent cone is $T_F=\{v\in V:x+\varepsilon v\in S_d\text{ for some }\varepsilon>0\}$. Removing its $k$-dimensional lineality gives the same Gaussian measure in $d-k$ dimensions.
(7)
A $k$-face has $k+1$ vertices. All faces of that dimension have the same angle, so multiplication by $\binom{d+1}{k+1}$ gives the sum over them. Uniform scaling leaves the angles unchanged. For a vertex of a three-dimensional simplex, the solid angle in steradians is $4\pi\beta_{3,0}$. In [2], $\Delta_n$ has $n$ vertices and the face index counts vertices, so its indices are $n=d+1$ and $k_{\mathrm{source}}=k+1$.
(8)
The external solid angles measure the normal cones in their own linear spans. They are a distinct quantity and are not generally complementary to these internal angles.
(9)
Write $g_m(r)=\Pr(X_1<0,\ldots,X_m<0)$ for a centered Gaussian vector with covariance $I_m+r\mathbf1\mathbf1^T$, where $m\ge1$ and $r>-1/m$, and set $g_0(r)=1$. Here $I_m$ is the identity matrix and $\mathbf1$ is the vector of ones. The internal-angle covariance parameter is $r=-1/(d+1)$, and the correlation between distinct coordinates is $r/(1+r)=-1/d$. Let $\Phi(z)=(1+\operatorname{erf}(z/\sqrt2))/2$, where $\operatorname{erf}$ is the error function.

Data properties
Entries are of type: real number
How well the digits are known: proven
Table is complete: no (it holds all 77 pairs $2\le d\le12$, $0\le k<d$, covering every proper-face type in each included simplex dimension; dimension and face dimension are discrete geometric indices, and the noncanonical cutoff 12 keeps certified quadrature, cancellation checks and independent high-precision verification practical while retaining complete face profiles)
How they were obtained:

The 11 facet values and the triangle vertex value are exact rationals. The other 65 entries use validated Arb quadrature in 500-bit ball arithmetic, with 167 guard bits beyond the requested 100 significant digits. The entire symmetrized imaginary-normal integrand is integrated over $[0,T]$, with an integer $T$ satisfying $aT^2/2\ge3(100+30)$, where $a=(k+1)/(d+1)$. The omitted tail is bounded by $\sqrt{2/\pi}\,e^{-aT^2/2}/(aT)$, and its outward upper endpoint is added to the radius. The attached numerical-method.md proves the bound. All resulting enclosures are positive and finite; the largest measured relative radius is less than $4.80\times10^{-123}$.

Every entry was recomputed at 140 requested digits. A separate algorithm computes the external angles using a real Gaussian integral in 630-bit ball arithmetic and recovers the internal angles through the conic Gauss–Bonnet recurrence (5). Its enclosures have relative radius below $10^{-140}$ and overlap all 77 results. Four nonzero controls for the external quadrature and the internal controls $1/6$ and $1/2$ are run first.

Exact projected Gram matrices verify the covariance for all 77 pairs. The checks also verify all 11 facet, 11 codimension-two and 10 codimension-three formulas, the equilateral triangle and regular tetrahedron identities, and Gram's alternating angle sum in each of the 11 dimensions. The conic recurrence is evaluated on all 77 values. The attached checks.py repeats the identities on every interval read back from the database; the attached generator verifies every entry. The mpmath program provides numerical approximations, while the attached generator supplies certified enclosures.
