Reference to be checked: OEIS A178867, "Irregular triangle read by rows: multinomial coefficients, version 3; alternatively, row n gives coefficients ...". It may be the coefficients of these polynomials, and it may not -- the name is truncated where it would say which, and I could not confirm it. Left out of the table's Links for that reason rather than cited on a guess. Whoever checks it: if it matches, it belongs beside the Wikipedia and MathWorld links; if it does not, this note can go.
