# T553 repair evidence, 20261027T165135Z

All three ranked findings in the independent critique were still present in
the live document. This repair restores Similar tables as a list of linked
table/relation records, spells its area normalization as circumradius one,
removes the unsupported Data properties.digits field, and expands AGM with
an entry link to T51 at (1/sqrt(2),1).

No values, parameter identities, argument definitions, enumeration, Programs,
completeness note, precision guarantee, or existing generator files changed.
The existing generate.py still requests 100 significant digits and reproduces
all 28 rows, n=3,...,30. The prose edit was written through the authenticated
NumberDB API, as zeta3; the response records reviewed=false. No offer,
publication, human review or server-side editing action was performed.

## Reproduce the repair checks

Download generate.py, repair_checks.py and repair-inputs.json from this draft,
then run:

    sage -python repair_checks.py

The resulting report is attached as repair-checks.json. The input artifact
contains the pre-repair T553 document and selected values read directly from
T17, T51 and the elliptic-integral table during this run; these are check
fixtures, not a document to write back. The repaired table has identical values.

In the campaign this was run with agents/sage.sh. SageMath 10.9 and numberdb
0.1.10 were used. All 28 generator balls and the alternative Gamma expression
fit their stored one-last-place decimal intervals. Exact rational arguments
and Arb arithmetic propagate argument uncertainty. The generator's default
side counts agree with the executed Programs snippet. The area formula agrees
with T17's circumradius-one values for every stored side count.

A separate twelve-step arithmetic/geometric iteration, controlled first on
AGM(1,1)=1, encloses the T51 value and the square capacity within their stored
decimal intervals. DLMF 19.8.1, its symmetry paragraph, 19.8.4 and 19.8.5
support this identification: https://dlmf.nist.gov/19.8#i. DLMF uses modulus k;
the elliptic table uses parameter m=k^2, as its square formula already states.
DLMF 19.2.4 and 19.2.8 were also checked: https://dlmf.nist.gov/19.2#E8.
These are targeted repair checks, not a new independent argument review.

## Rendering and audit

The direct /T553 page returned HTTP 404, and the anonymous API could not read
T553, confirming the draft remains private. Authenticated document reads
succeeded. A session for the complete draft page was unavailable. The affected
sections were fetched through NumberDB's live preview renderer, then loaded in
Chromium with the site's scripts and styles. Before repair the relationship
section was absent and the digits field displayed Unknown key. Candidate
previews show all three named relationships, no Unknown key, and the AGM entry
link; every affected section has zero MathJax error nodes. The read-back
document exactly equals that previewed candidate. Browser evidence uses Python
3.12.3 and Playwright 1.64.1 and is retained in the campaign repair directory.

The post-write audit reports only the original polygon-tag warning. Retain the
tag: /api/tag?url=polygon lists published T17, whose document has the tag. The
count of one excludes this private draft. No new audit finding was introduced.

## Independent critique required

Keep and recover this same T553 draft. The arithmetic-geometric mean expansion
changes Formulas.square prose, which is included in the selection fingerprint.
A fresh independent critique is therefore required before the controller can
offer the draft. The original critic's sidecar was not modified or accepted by
this repair. Existing reviewed generator bytes were retained unchanged.
