# T561 repair handoff
Finding 1 is done. The live draft still said that the mean was independent
of L. Its counting comment now says: “The quotient in the definition is
independent of $L>0$.” The whole paragraph was read before submission.
EKZ, arXiv:1112.5872v6, Section 1.6, equations (1.3)-(1.4), pages 8-9,
defines the area-weighted count and states constancy of its probability
mean divided by pi*L^2. Consequently the unnormalized mean is proportional
to L^2. This verifies the correction from the cited theorem. The computation
is a generator-agreement check, not an independent proof of that theorem.

The unchanged live generator verified 25/25 stored values, with no missing,
extra or differing entries, under Sage 10.9 and numberdb 0.1.10. No new values
were computed for submission. Only Comments.counting changed; all numeric
entries, their order, parameter declarations, definition, programs, completeness
and generator bytes are preserved. Read-back exactly matches the proposed
document. The audit is clean with zero findings. The original generator and
its build checks remain attached; repair-check.py adds a read-only verification.
GET /T561 returned 404 with this API credential; the authenticated document
API returned 200, while the public document API exposed no table. The repair
used the site's server-rendered preview for the changed paragraph, together
with its definition, parameters, references and one stored row. Chromium
rendered it without MathJax errors; its screenshot was inspected. This is not
a claim to have inspected the normal authenticated draft page.

Fresh independent critique is required on this same draft, T561. Changing
Comments changes the campaign selection fingerprint, even though no selected
arguments changed. The old independent T561-arguments.json is untouched;
this repair makes no new acceptance decision. The before/after fingerprints
and preserved generator digest are recorded in repair-evidence.json.
The controller retains the existing draft and determines the next stage.
No table was created, offered, published or reviewed. No source snapshot,
skill, prompt, pipeline file or controller state was edited, and no commit
