Definition
Let $\mu_n=\{e^{2\pi i j/n}:0\leq j<n\}$ and $\mathbb D=\{z:|z|<1\}$. The uniformization radius is $\gamma_n=|F_n'(0)|$, where $F_n:\mathbb D\to\mathbb C\setminus\mu_n$ is a universal holomorphic covering map with $F_n(0)=0$ [2].
Parameters
$n$
—   number of punctures in the plane ($n\geq2$)
Formulas
(1)
$\displaystyle \gamma_n=16^{1/n}\frac{\Gamma(1+1/(2n))^2\Gamma(1-1/n)}{\Gamma(1-1/(2n))^2\Gamma(1+1/n)}$, where $\Gamma$ is the Gamma function and $16^{1/n}$ is the positive real root. This is equation (5.1.5) of [2], an author version of [1].
(2)
$\displaystyle \gamma_2=\frac{\Gamma(1/4)^4}{4\pi^2}=\frac{4K^2}{\pi}$, where $K=$ $K(1/2)$ uses the elliptic parameter $m=1/2$. The lemniscatic identity follows from [5] and [6].
Comments
(3)
The punctures are the $n$th roots of unity on the unit circle, including $1$. The value $\gamma_n$ is independent of a rotation of the source disk; that rotation may be chosen so that $F_n'(0)>0$.
(4)
The covering map need not be injective. The index $n$ counts punctures in the plane; infinity is an additional puncture in the compactification to the Riemann sphere.

Data properties
Entries are of type: real number
digits: 100 (Unknown key)
Table is complete: no (it holds every $2\leq n\leq30$, with the centre fixed at $0$ and punctures at the $n$th roots of unity on the unit circle. The discrete index is the cyclic symmetry order. This contiguous range includes small prime and composite orders and nonconstructible configurations; $30$ is a noncanonical editorial cutoff giving coverage beyond familiar small symmetries without extending deeply into large orders whose radii approach $1$. There are no independently sampled Gamma arguments or continuous-input grids)
How they were obtained:

Computed with Arb real balls at 461 working bits from exact rational arguments. The 128-bit guard left at least 455 bits of relative accuracy in every entry. Exact rational comparisons of interval endpoints confirm that every serialized 100-significant-digit decimal contains the full computed ball within one unit of its last place.

All 29 values were compared with a separately implemented convergent series in odd zeta values, derived from [3], using 600-bit balls and an explicit bound for the omitted tail after 240 terms. Every serialized interval also contains that independent enclosure. The $n=2$ identity was checked with twelve arithmetic-geometric mean iterations and a rigorous bracket [4]; controls with equal initial arguments were checked first. The numerical evidence, reproducible checks and argument-selection note are attached.
